A one day summit building power through persistence & partnership for Black workers
The 2nd annual Black Worker Summit is about connecting with Black workers in real time, not only to learn about new opportunities to power build but workshop solutions towards systemic change.
The “Black In Front” Summit prioritizes Black voices and Black workers within the Labor movement, while engaging in dialogue focused on transforming the systems that allow for the exploitation and discrimination of Black communities. It allows us to continue creating spaces for Blackworkers to feel safe, appreciated and above all, heard.
